This project is a new two-story medical office building located in Advance, NC. It is a traditional building with brick veneer, wood composite skin and precast concrete. The exterior precast concrete detailing is created using my patented RPFT© process. This detailing is based on and inspired by the work of the architect Louis Sullivan. Roof massing and the horizontal lines of the precast concrete banding give the building a Prairie Style aesthetic. The fenestration pattern weaves across the horizontal to create a more human-scaled building.
